If you read the effect of any Dark World Monster, it states that it MUST be DISCARDED from hand by a Card Effect. SENDING a Card to the Graveyard, or Discarding from your Deck will not Trigger their Effect. Sky Scourge Norleras "sends" cards from hand. "Send" does not equal "Discard".

The Last Jump that contained a Promo Card was Elemental Hero Ocean Level 4 Warrior/Effect ATK/1500 DEF/1200 Once per turn, during your Standby Phase you can return 1 "Elemental Hero" or "Destiny Hero" monster from your side of the field or your Graveyard to it's owners hand.

Yeah, I had this exact conversation with someone from another Forum a few weeks ago, and unless something has changed, it's still Canada and US only. That doesnt prevent someone from "privately" sending individual copies of the Manga to someone, but they can't subscribe.

The bad part about this is, eventually, we WILL get both the Light/Dark Decks, and you'll be able to get triplicates of all the cards (from one Structure) for less than $35, while you'll barely be able to afford one Secret Rare for that much.

I really dont know where everyone is getting the information that there is some kind of release date, just from the advertisement. On one site, they have someone saying it will release in July. People are already making Baboon Decks.... Just sad.

Secret Rare from Force of the Breaker. I don't know why he only gave half of the information that this is one of the cards from the SD-12 Structure Deck. Expect it to fetch a rather HEFTY price.....

This has nothing to do with Missed Timing. Vampire Lords effect activates after he inflicts damage. Masked Dragon activates when it is sent to the Graveyard. Completely different effect activations.

The problem is, you can actually "reborn" Chaos Emperor Dragon and use his effect again, whereas Norleras must be resummoned according to his card text, which is probably not going to be to easy since you could always draw into Premature Burial for CED, and you'd need to get Monster...

No, I don't think it was added because it wasn't even supposed to exist in English. The player(s) who owned the Crush Card Virus were not allowed to use the card until its official release at the SJC.

I think it was restricted because I was only looking to get one, that I could recall, and I bought dozens of packs before I finally just traded for it.

i actually meant to say Restricted upon release, and just never went back and changed it.

You can't activate Appropriate on Graceful Charity because it is not solely an effect that "draws". It draws a card(s), then discards. That is not like Pot of Greed. As for Peten, I really don't understand where you are going with this one, since Peten doesnt miss his timing with Graceful...

The last Megamorph equipped should have precedence if they are controlled by opposing players. Then, when a change occurs that affects the life point total that is of a significant amount, it will cause that last equipped Megamorph to recalculate.

You could be right. But I think the first instance where either player's life points cause a change to affect Megamorph during that turn, it will recalculate and wipe out Shrinks effect.
