When TER and Stumbling is on the field, what happens to newly summoned monsters? Does TER lock the monsters? Or does TER's effect only refer to manual change? Will the newly monsters be change to defense?

If the defending player use Kurogane to replace one of his earth monster with a different one from graveyard when the attacking player have declared attack, does replay occur? And the attacking player get to choose to attack or not? I think that numbers of monsters never changed, so no replay...
