About activating Waboku in the opponent's Standby Phase.
When exactly am I activating it if it's the only thing to occur in the Standby Phase? Is it during the Phase or in response to the end of it (or the beginning if that works, as well)?- Deathjester

Fusilier Dragon and Cost Down.
You would be summoning it without Tributes because of the 2 Cost Downs so its effect would become moot and it would retain its original stats.- Deathjester

De-Fusion and X/Y/Z monsters.
Can I use De-Fusion on an X/Y/Z Fusion Monster and Special Summon the monsters listed on the card from the Graveyard (assuming before that they ended up in the Graveyard in some way)?- Deathjester
