Did UDE ever issue a ruling about conceding before Victory Dragon attacks to force another game? This came up last week and I had no ideal what the answer was.

I don't know the exact text on Trojan Blast but I would say no. You don't select the monster until Creature swap is resolving. At that time you can't activate any effects. You would have to chain it or wait until Creature swap resolves and activate it.

His effect only lasts for your build phase. When you finish your recuit step you no longer have resource points. Any not used are gone.

I didn't know we were suppose to use simplified text. Where in a rule book or FAQ does it state this. Shouldn't you be able to play a card game by reading the rule book and the text on the cards. No reading between the lines bull that this game requires.

Because Victory Dragon's text says nothing about it being normal summoned. Only tribute summoned. If "Mausoleum of the Emperor" can't summon it then victory dragon can't be normal summoned. If this is the case the text needs to be changed or it contradicts the ruling I posted.
