If timed right you can but your opponent can actually mess this up if they play it right. If you summon Chaos Sorcerer and use its effect then pass to your opponent they can then activate TT or BTH. If you activate CotH/RftDD after this you will lose your entire field anyways. Because TT or BTH...
I have heard from a few VS and Yugioh players in Puerto rico that there isn't any Regional or PCQ tournaments. Basicallly the PTO down there has stopped running them. There are still sneek previews and a few hoppy leagues but nothing else. I haven't heard anything official from UDE so I don't...
Mine our mostly commons like a foil flying kick and others. Although I have seen a few rares that have been signed. It doesn't drop or up the value any because they are still playable. I'll probably get a lot more sign in July. It's not like these people who get a friend to sign it or color the...
If the print is written with a marker there usually isn't a problem. It is common to have signed cards in VS. I have a few that were signed by the artist. There hasn't been anything said in tournaments I attend. This included PCQ's and 10ks. They weren't a probably at the PC either although I...
There is another option to think about to. When I first started playing are store had a double elimation type of tournament. The tournament was set up as single elimation. If you lost in your first or second round you were dropped to the lower swiss tournament. Starting round 3 in the upper...
I don't know about this or your tourny but all the local tournaments I go to are swiss. Personally I won't enter a Yugioh tourny unless its swiss. Even a good player can lose and then their day is done. You can't figure your decks problems out in these tournaments. At my local shop we usually go...
Wind decks don't have a whole lot of support from magic or traps. Here are a few cards that may fit into your deck.
Spiritual Wind Art - Miyabi
Silpheed
Gorgon's Eye
Not allowing a person to compete because they always win isn't right. I had a situation like this come up before where I was the one winning a lot of tournaments. I notice this hurt the store some. What I did was start running some fun decks and give the other players a chance to win. Of course...
The best thing to do is pick up a starter deck or two. Then get a friend to play you at your local shop. A few people may come by and catch you playing and get interested. Some will completely blow it off but the ones who stay and watch are the ones that you need to target. I don't know if you...
Most people would activate a Waboku if Heavy Storm was played. Royal Decree they wouldn't. If you pass and they activate RfDD then you activate Royal Decree it gets negated. This is why you wait for the chain to resolve before putting cards in the graveyard.
The combo's really easy and can go off on turn 2. The only problem is there is no way to keep getting an equipment back from the ko pile. So it doesn't work.
Gone But Not Forgotten (DOR-151)
Quadromobile (DJL-146)
Fiddler (DCR-159)
You have Gone but not forgotten up and drop a 2 drop...
It's true that the US gets more tournaments than other regions. The reason we do is because the majority of Yugioh "tournament players" live in North America. I've heard Japan gets no huge tournaments in their area. I could be wrong on this but other than a national and worlds thats it. Of...
Ok I may have come up with a killer combo I just need someway to get equipment back to my hand from the KO pile. Is there a location or character card that does this? It would also be great if it were legal for silver age.
After looking into more rules I see where I was wrong. I was thinking she selected a target when she does not. She is just looking for a certain thing (in this case non-stunned spider-friends).
Below is the rule I am looking at. I'm not 100% sure if Aunt May falls under that catagory though.
502.1a Some triggered powers trigger off an event and have an additional trigger condition. That condition is checked only upon triggering and not on resolution.
Then there is this rule...
I don't think you will gain endurance for stunned characters at the start of the recovery phase. Aunt May's effect is a trigger effect and would target upon activation. If you have no non-stunned characters her effect wouldn't activate. I could be wrong on this though.
It's not bad for a first build. You seem to be going for a reservist theme. Your main problem is having to many plot twist and locations and not enough characters. With a reservist build you want something like 40/20 (doesn't have to be exact) so you can get characters in your resource row. This...
