2 strange questions

1. For cobra jar, can the token summoned by its effect be tributed?
2. For soul exchange, must there be a monster on your field to be able to use the card? Because it says 'WHEN you offer YOUR monster as a tribute, then offer the selected blah blah....'

Many effects summon tokens, but not all are given the restriction of Scapegoat.

Yeah, tokens can only be not tributed (if that makes sense) if it says so on the card, like Scapegoat and Ojama Trio.
