2008 championship DS game question.

Does anyone know how you get to the point where you can make a deck with just exoida peices in it? I know its possible because I have two ghosts with decks like that. sofar in the game I have beeten everyone in duel world and in free duel mode 10 times. I have beeten tournment level one and two 10 times, and am currently working on level 3. I have played for about 288hours. If anyone wants to know the rest of my record Ill post it.

The whole exodia thing can't be done normally. You have to use a cheat cartridge to do it, as it is the only way to get past the min deck limit!!!
