is it destroyed if u equip the monster with 1500 atk after it resolves

1. If you removed Elemental Hero Necroshade from the Graveyard, his effect will be reset if he is returned again during the current Duel.

2. Hero Ring cannot be equipped to a monster with greater than 1500 attack, so if the attack is boosted higher after you equip Hero Ring, Hero Ring would be destroyed.

If you meant will Hero Ring be destroyed after you equip it to a 1500 attack monster, no it will not. Only if the monsters current attack exceeds 1500 at resolution. "Treated as" an Equip Card means that it is just like equipping Axe of Despair or Metalmorph.

3. As long as they have Elemental Hero in their name, you can return any E-Hero Fusion Monster from the Graveyard, but since fusions do not go to hand, they will return to the Fusion Deck instead.

2. if the monster equipped with 'Hero Ring' has its attack later increased, 'Hero Ring' is destroyed, as the monster is not longer a legal target for it.
