you guys might remember peps[he doesn't really post nowadays but he does frequent here]. well he got top 8 at his regionals recently and he gave the deck to copy but i changed it a bit. so here it is. don't know what to really call it.

True, I don't post a lot, but meh.
Take out the Magic Cylinder... it's a guaranteed -1 unless
it's used against a Spirit Reaper (since it's a targetting effect).
Replace it for.... Torrential Tribute, since it can provide a 2 for 1 depending on the circumstances which would be far more better than negating one attack and not destroying anything.
I won't suggest much else, in case it'll become too cookie-cut
