i am unsure of how to realy run a cyber dragon deck but with the sjc comeing up i need to see if i cant make this deck run so please help and rate/fix becuase i realy need help when it comes to this kind of deck

I don't like the idea of running 2x UFO Turtle just to pull 2x Cyber Phoenix or one of itself. Seems like a waste to me when 1 would suffice. And I just plain don't like Cyber Barrier Dragon. But hey, if it works for you...
 
Another option is to side deck CyberStein. I know that is a common thing, but if it works, it works. You could put in creature swaps, give your opponent the angel or turtle, run over them and get their effect.
 
I have a very good advice for Cyber Dragon decks:
Never run those nomi monsters because:
1. They are very hard to summon
2. They are nomi monsters
3. They don't have such powerful effects.
4. They kill your hand and field.

i didnt want this to be a cc deck i am working on it yea the ufo trutles may be a bit much i had helping robo main decked befor them ebcuas eof the hand mess after all there effect puts barrierand laser where they ened to be .... as for ceature swap i have no idea where to find room for them at @_@ i wanted to do that but cant realy find room and yea i know ther eare 3 cards in pod that will realy help this deck
 
If I may, try taking out the polymorizations for 2 fusion gates, it lasts longer and your opponent will have to use a removal card on it. Add a D.D. Warrior Lady and my a card that i personally love and think is underrated, H-Heated heart, it can give your cyber dragons that little extra to get past a monarch and a 3300 cyber twin (2 3300 piercing attacks) is nothing to turn your your nose up at.

-2 barrier dragon (and attack reflector unit)
-2 cyber laser dragon (and the generator unit)
-1 beckoning light?
-1/2 cyber kirin (if ur really worried about power bond damage use the chainable trap substitutes, pikerus circle for instance)

+1 H-Heated heart (probably more of a side deck card)
+1 Reflect bounder
+2 Sakuretsu armor
+1 Breaker the magical warrior
+1/2 RftDD (maybe main deck 1 and side in a 2nd?)

As it is atm when u lose a cyber dragon you'll be wanting to beckoning light it back. If u then run into chaos or kycoo it turns both of your beckoning lights into pretty much blank cards. By removing them yourself there isn't much left to worry about them and if the odd dragon gets removed it'll just fuel a RftDD finish, particularly with the cyber phoenixes to support a last rush.
