Can somebody explain the reasoning behind Premature Burial in the TCG? I know why it's on the banned list for OCG but leaving only Monster Reborn? Guess it's time to break out my Rope of Life's again. Then again, it only makes my Magical Stone Excavations more valuable along with Feather of the Phoenix.

Well, I guess I no longer have a reason to bother with Spellcasters now that my second favorite card has been banned. It makes no friggin sense when the card has been out for like 5 years.

humm, lets see.... you can have 3 royal decrees and 3 jinzos yet no imperial orders... lets level the playing field a tad bit here. oh and lets Monster Reborn a sangan so I have two monster to sacrifice for DMC then sac. getting a sangan effect and MR back in my hand to get sangan out for the 3rd time!

Imperial Iron Wall (I think thats the name) cont. trap. while its face up on the field no cards can be removed from play. With DMoC on the field and Cannon Soldier, and a monster reborn in hand. sacrifice DMoC for cannons effect. then monster reborn DMoC. take DMoCs effect and get your monster reborn back. repeat untill victory.

There's a bunch of alternatives for Dark Magician of Chaos, though. I anticipate Imperial Iron Wall will very quickly get banned once people release how brilliant it is. Which is a shame, because it would mess everyone up who rely on the Second Graveyard (the Removed From Play area as it was originally known) and that would have been fun.

It's as I always say. Bans are strictly commercially motivated, and players always tend to think in terms of trade values and "brokeness". Really, it's never been about that. It's always been about how playable the next boosters and pack releases be. Bans foment their playability.

why not just use MoBC its more useful any with powering up DMG.
Anyway the reason they bandded DMoC is because of the efect just like MoF!!!!!!!!!!!! i'm sorry i did not mean to upset anyone its just that they banned MoF it would kinda seem they would eventualy ban DMoC to RIGHT!
