Well, I believe Curtis covered this on Metagame when it was still around.
No, you can't. However, if Imperial Iron Wall is chained to Allure's effect, then Allure still resolves, and the owner of Allure is allowed to reveal 1 DARK monster in their hand instead of removing it.
