Another batch of VS questions

Hey all, after another weekend of a VS frenzy of deck building and playing, a new set of questions popped up. Please answer if you can...

1) Can locations be activated at any time (using a location like a plot twist) or can they only be activated during the build phase?

2) There are a few characters I found that have the ability to not be stunned. Does that mean that they still can take breakthrough damage due to an attack?

... bah, I deconstructed the decks, so I don't have a specific name for this....

3) Another card or plot twist I have says that it negates target cost power up effects. Does this mean it negates the cost required for the effect, or negates the effect of the card, but the opponent would still have to pay it?

4) I know you're only allowed to have 1 of certian cards in your deck (like Superman Big Blue Boy) card. Do you know where I can find a list of these?

5) Okay, so I know most effects say Activate -> Effect, which means I have to exhaust the character. But if it says Discard 1 Card -> Effect, does this mean I don't have to exhaust the character to get the effect? Similary, if the card says Activate, discard 1 card -> Effect, does this mean I have to exhaust the character AND discard the card?

1) A location may be played at any time that you have priority and can meet the threshold cost.

2) Invulnerability. The character would take breakthrough loss but no endurance loss.

4) Maybe I'm blind, but I see nothing in the comprehensive rules that would suggest that you can only have 1 of anything in your deck. I'd be most interested to see where the source of this information was ...

That's all I have. I'll have to look up the rest in a bit if Jeremy doesn't hit this thread first.

1)Locations can be played at any time.
2)You would take breakthrough endurance loss but not the stun value. However if the card has an effect that returns it to your hand when attacked, you would take nothing and the attacker would re-ready.
3) ?
4) There is no ban or limited list for the VS System. Four cards of each and unlimited for Army.
5) "Activate" means to exhaust the caracter.

"è" after the word "activate" means that exhausting the character is a cost to get the effect that's listed after the arrow.

Any other phrase before the "è" simply means it's a cost to get the effect. With out the word "activate" you don't exhaust it.
