Bazoo

About Bazoo, when you activate its effect and resolve it, will you count all the cards that are removed from play or the ones you just remove as a cost ?

Sorry for my bad English speaking and thanks in advance.

There was an issue about this card awhile ago. Remove up to 3 cards, 6 cards removed from play total and you would have a Bazoo of 3400 atk power total. The cool idea was that you could remove just up to (3) meaning he would be easy to power up later on. But, they ruled it like this...

No. Bazoo is increased by the number of cards recently removed from play using this effect until the End Phase of your opponent's next turn, meaning it wouldn't count the cards removed earlier before Bazoo's effect took place.

I would like a 2nd opinion on this issue becuz the ruling is always changing.

See what you mean now, the wording could be interpretted that way alright but it only counts the cards just recently removed for its effect, not any cards already in the removed from play pile, either from previous Bazoo power-ups or other effect.

In the ARRJ issue 2:
"If more than one "Bazoo the Soul-Eater" is on the field, each must remove their own monsters from the Graveyard to increase their individual ATKs."

So it doesn't count the number of monsters in the removed from play pile, only those which have just been removed for it's effect.
