big burn vs call/premature/ warrior returning alive

just a quick question, but would my oppenent be able to active Big Burn in respone too any "reborning" cards or cards like feather and warrior return alive?

Yes, as they target cards in the Graveyard.

I LOOOOOVE Big Burn in my RFP deck. I only run 1 becuase there aren't that many targeting graveyard effects that are in main play, but when my opponent goes to reborn their BLS, BAM...its all gone.
