Only thing I can think of that can consistently abuse (I use this term loosely here) this is: DD Scout Plane, maybe a well timed Fiber Jar after it, Gren Maju, Return from a Different Dimension and Dimensional Fusion.
Dimension Fusion wouldn't be a very good choice because then your opponent could get his/her monsters back as well. Another good way to use this card is to chain it to the activation of premature burial/call of the haunted/spear cretin/the shallow grave/monster reborn/the creator/rope of life/etc. Use your imagination.
