Big Shield Gardna

Is Big Shield Gardna's effect of negating spells that desigante him a Trigger effect? Can you "Divine Wrath" it or it is a Face-Down Continous effect? Works under Skill Drain? (I think it does)

It would be nice to add a BSG to my Skill Drain Deck :D

Yes, it is a Trigger Effect.

And:
"Skill Drain" only negates the effects of monsters that are face-up on the field, so a face-down "Big Shield Gardna" may still negate a Spell Card that targets it while "Skill Drain" is active on the field.

Okay then if you can use Divine Wrath on Big Shield. How would this situation work.

Player A Activates Change of Heart and designates Player B's face up Big Shield Gardna
Player B Chains with Book of Moon (please note I think that this ruling is absolutely faulty as Big Shield is supposed to Negate the Activation of a Spell card designating it and obviously it wouldn't be face down until we started to resolve this chain so how could it possibly now be able to Negate an Activation that obviously occurred previously.)
Can Player A Chain with Divine Wrath to the Activation of Book of Moon in anticipation of what Big Shield will be doing as the chain resolves or do we start resolving the chain and Chain Divine Wrath at the point in resolving where Big Shield Negates Change of Heart?

I'm pretty certain that "Big Shield Gardna"'s effect is continuous. And even if it is a trigger, you don't flip BSG until the resolution of his effect in which case it is too last to use "Divine Wrath".

And no, you cannot activate "Divine Wrath" while in the middle of resolving effects, nor can you chain it to "Chage of Heart" since that has nothing to do with monster effects.
