Ok here is the scenario, Both my relinquished and my swordhunter is equipped with 1 monster. My opponent attacks my Relinquished, destroying the equip, and attacked it again. Now my question is: Can i activate tailor of fickle to equip the monster on the swordhunter to the relinquished?

The monster equipped to Swordhunter is only a Spell Card as long as it is Equipped to its target. Since it is only a Spell Card by effect, I dont think Relinquished is a legal target.
it is possible shift "monster-equipp" between relinquisheds and thousand eyes restrcit because they share the same power as seen in netreps files 6.0
and it is reasonable assume that you can shift the "monster-equip" from one swords hunter to another
but from swords hunter to relinquished ?

I think its just plain no. If you can't use Tailor of the Fickle to switch "Union Monsters" to other monster targets, then its probably safe to say that unless its an actual "Spell Card", that once its unequipped, it can only go to the Graveyard because it can only be equipped by its own effect, or by the card that it would be equipped to.

union monsters seem to be an exeption as noted by their text - "equip to <instert name here> as an equip magic card" as opposed to cards like blast with chain - "TREATED as an equip magic card". Union monsters are still unions when they are equiped in a sense; cards like Blast with chain or Dark Necrofear are 100% magic cards as long as they stay on the field.
please note Sword Hunter's text:
A monster destroyed by this card as a result of battle becomes an Equip Spell Card at the end of the Battle Phase that increases the ATK of this card by 200 points.
Notice the part where it says "THIS CARD"
This means one of two things...
-One, the card equiped to sword hunter can only be equiped to sword hunter and would thus make it an invalid target for tailor of the fickle
-Two, you can use tailor of the fickle on the card equiped to sword hunter but it would not give relinquished a 200 att power boost.
If I had to take a guess it would be the first one.
