Can it into the opponents Five god, remove the wedge counter and plow over them with a Marshmallon all in the same turn?

Also, Gale The whirlwind, Can its effect be used during the controllers battle phase?

The effect of "Blackwing Armor Master" which removes the Wedge Counters is an Ignition Effect, so it only can be activated during your Main Phase 1 or 2. Your situation is not possible.

The effect of "Blackwing - Gale the Whirlwind" which Special Summons itself is a Summoning Condition. The effect which halves a monster's ATK/DEF is an Ignition Effect. Both of these can only be used during your Main Phase 1 or 2.
