Blade Knight as the "Only Monster"

Question. If Player A summons one Blade Knight on a previous turn and on his current turn summons another one face-up, since he is technically the "only monster" on Player A's side of field, will he still be able to negate flip effects??

i believe only monster refers to the only single monster, not the only titled monster if you know what I mean. I think what you are saying is does he still get his effect is there are 2 face up blade knights. The answer would be no, because he is not by himself anymore. hope this helps.

Both effects of Blade Knight are continuous, and as soon as another monster is on the same side of the field (face-up or down), the effect becomes inactive.

So you would loose the effect in this case.

I pretty much ruled it as no. I just wanted to get a few opinions. With so many "nuances" in the game, you can never tell what loophole may have been discovered....
