I have a reasonably strong Blue-Eyes Deck:
This is what I suggest from my own experience:
Monsters: 25
3 x Blue-Eyes White Dragon
1 x Paladin of White Dragon
3 x Masked Dragon
1 x Twin-Headed Behemoth
3 x Divine Dragon Ragnarok
1 x Dweller in the Depths
2 x Decoy Dragon
2 x The Dark - Hex-Sealed Fusion
2 x Lord Of D.
2 x Mystic Tomato
1 x Sangan
1 x Magician of Faith
1 x Breaker the Magical Warrior
1 x Mask of Darkness
1 x Snipe Hunter

Spells: 16
2 x Trade-In
2 x Stamping Destruction
1 x Mystical Space Typhoon
1 x Card of Safe Return
1 x Polymerization
1 x Future Fusion
1 x Card Trader
3 x Dragons Mirror
1 x Premature Burial
1 x Giant Trunade
1 x My Body as A Shield
1 x Advanced Ritual Art

Traps: 6
1 x Call of the Haunted
1 x Return from the Different Dimension
1 x Dragon's Rage
1 x Remove Brainwashing
1 x Mirror Force
1 x Birthright

Fusions:
3 x King Dragun
3 x Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon
3 x Five-Headed Dragon
1 x Dragon Master Knight
1 x Sanwitch

The King Dragun can get out your Blue-Eyes quickly and protect your Dragons from targeting. The Masked Dragons find each other and the Divine Dragons or Decoy Dragons.
Trade-In can put Blue-Eyes in the grave to draw a couple more.
Tomatos to five the Dark hex or Lord of D.
If you get Future Fusion early you can put Divine Dragons and Blue Eyes in the Grave, as fuel for Dragons Mirror and target for Decoy Dragons, hence the card of safe return
Birthright can target Divine Dragon and Blue-Eyes
There is less emphasis on the Ritual cards and more Dragons to play with.
Using Dark hex as a Fusion substitute, it can fuse with Sangan for Sanwitch and you can remove it and Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon to fuse Dragon Master Knight with Dragons Mirror, then Return can bring back BEUD for the huge dragon Smackdown.
I have pulled this a few times.
Dragons Rage makes a mess of Spirit Reapers and Marshmallons etc and turns all your dragons into Spear Dragons.
Snipe Hunter can turn the surplus cards into fuel and fill the grave with Dragons for the Mirrors and Card Trader swap out some of the bad draws
A Big deck that can thin quickly.
Give it a go, if you have the cards.

Try replacing your spear dragons for luster dragons or infernal dragons they wont have peircing nor will they be vulnerable to counter attacks

Here take a look at my deck maybe it would help monsters 23 cyberdark keel x2 cyberdark edge x2 cyberdark horn x2 the creator x2 cyber dragon x2 light and darkness dragon x1 masked dragon x2 hunter dragon x2 luster dragon x2 white horned dragon x1 felgrand dragon x1 morphing jar x1 blue eyes white dragon x3 spells 15 mystical space typhoon x1 mausoleum of the emperor x2 stamping destruction x3 nobleman of crossout x1 overload fusion x1 future fusion x1 heavy storm x1 lightning vortex x1 tribute to the doomed x1 brain control x1 monster reborn x1 premature burial x1 Traps 4 chthonian blast x2 draing sheild x2 fusion 4 cyber twin dragon five headed dragon blue eyes ultimate dragon cyberdark dragon. I hope this helpful
