Bonus Archfiend! B. Skull Dragon MRD-EN018

When I pulled this card from the "Dark Beginnings 1" Set, I was ecstatic. This was on of those cards I always wished I could have. Unfortunately, his entire usefulness has been replaced by "Master of Oz", who is also a 9 Star Fusion that's 1000 ATK stronger (Opinion: A fusion of the single baddest Archfiend along with one of the strongest Dragons can't hang with an overstuffed Teddy Bear and a Boxing Glove wearing Marsupial? ********!)

You know what though? The art on the card is still beautiful, and you can still pull off a OTK if you can get a direct attack with this monster and then de-fuse him back to "Summoned Skull" and "Red-Eyes B. Dragon". If he were a new card today, you can bet he'd be a whole lot tougher than the 3200ATK they strapped him with. Oh well. "B. Skull Dragon" still is the slickest Archfiend in the game.

I have to agree with you on this one, this is definitely a sweet card. Anytime I bring this card out it always grabs the attention of the person I'm dueling and you have to love that surprised look on their face.

Even though Master of Oz is strong I still love this card, the art is great and the atk is also amazing! This card fits perfectly into Fusion, Dragon, and Fiend decks! Just like Densetsu said as well, you can always use de-fusion and use it to get two heavy hitters with Summoned Skull and Red Eyes B. Dragon. I would definitely use this card!

It honestly is one of the best Fusion monsters because of it's game ending power. Attack directly for 3200, quickplay Defusion, attack for 2400 and 2500. 3200 + 2500 + 2400 = 8100. Good game.

Not to mention it's got great art. I pulled a DB1 version myself.

There are many cards I classify as "Charizards", in reference to Pokemon where Charizard's the big bad card that everyone likes, regardless of limited playability ingame. With the likes of Blue-Eyes White Dragon and Dark Magician, I say this is one of them.

Of course, it does have its uses. It's got 3200 ATK power for one, something people tend to eat up. The game-ending power as mentioned earlier is good as well. An average Fusion monste, but so kick-ass that you just want it any way.
