Brain Control uses the Chain?

I just wanted to know whether Brain Control uses the chain or not? I think the answer is no! but I want to be sure of that

Here is the Situation:

I summoned Yubel and activated Brain to take control of my opponents monster.

Now What Happens in the End phase?

Do they both activate and according to SEGOC, do they form a chain?

If not...then can someone explain the scenario as to what happens in the End Phase?

Because you have multiple effects that need to activate/resolve during the End Phase, you get to choose the order in which you activate/resolve them.

They do not form a chain. They activate/resolve separately.
