Brain Jacker - FET

Hello everyone, I have a question about Brain Jacker, from Flaming Eternity. His effect says: FLIP: take control of a face up monster from your oponente and blablabla. My question is: Does it's effect activate if it is attacked? Let's say, I have it face down, and my oponent atacks it. Does I take control of the oponent's monster, or it only works if I myself flip Brain Jacker? Thanks!

I believe it works the same as jowels of dark demise, and raffilisia sudection. So you your could, but Im not 100% sure on that...

It appears that it will need to equip to the monster. It wil work if attacked, but not if Destroyed by battle. However noone can offer ruling for cards that aren't released yet.

Anyway... yeah, Brain Jacker must survive its flip to equip itself onto a monster.

it will be treated as an equip therefore if its not on the field it cannot equip to a monster.

Its essentially the same as parasite paracide.
