Hello guy

the effect of Brron, Mad King of Dark World resolve in damage step or not...
If the monster that i discard is for ex Goldd, after special summon, can i attack with Goldd?

yes you can...the effect activates in the damage step...

The Important thing to note is that you have not left the Battle Phase. Regardless of where/when the effect occured, i.e., before Damage Calculation, after Damage Calculation, you are still in the Battle Phase. And now that you have a new monsters on the field that has NOT declared an attack, you may use it to attack a monster, or attack directly if there are no monsters to battle.
