Basically I destroy my opponent's hand, then burn him away. I like the Cannon Soldier's, and find them very useful and they do a good amount of damage. I haven't tested yet, and will make changes accordingly.

Good idea for this deck, i only want to give some advide for this deck, i list your deck with some modifies that i make
[you can't use more than one scapegoat it is limited]

I make a lot of change because with only one scapegoat a lot of cannon are unuseful, and for add more burn-control i add some lava golems and ante [it is a very good combo and i think your opponent doesn't have more than 8 star monster :D], i also put level limit and messenger to protect your LP from yours lava golem when you summon it on the field.

Nice Deck^^ but... Ack! Where's Thest?!?!?!?

erm... I dunno about u, but i think Lava Golem is a bad move, it can still b tributed for a Monarch, and if anything it could b Raiza or Mobius which would kill MoP

personally I think there are 2 options

1) Stick with no high lvs and put in Mask of Restrict, stopping Monarchs (Primary problem atm)

-or-

2) Make use of the Monarchs and add 1/2/3 Thest
