Can Fushion monsters shuffle into a deck?

Here is the deal. My Fushion monster is destroyed and goes to the gaveyard. My opponent plays Fiber Jar and the graveyard is shuffled into the deck. Does my fushion monster go to the fushion deck or get shuffled into my playing deck?

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but when a fusion monster is destroyed or say returned to the hand/deck. Don't they get placed back in the fusion deck rather than the graveyard? I'm not too sure on that though.. I don't often play with fusions other than my Magical Scientist deck...

This is straight from the FAQ at UDE under fiber jar:

When this card's effect is activated all cards on the field, in hand, and in the Graveyards are returned to their owner's Deck. Fusion Monster Cards in any of these places are returned to the Fusion Deck. Cards removed from play remain removed from play.

The answer is you return them to your fusion deck.

No. When they are destroyed they go the Graveyard. (unless destroyed by Nobleman of Crossout, or while Banisher of light is on the field they'll be removed from play.
