Cat Deck...but how?

I was thinking about a deck based on cat-type monster cards: but how? A friend of mine told me that in japan someone used to run this deck and it was very strong ( he told me so 'cause he tried it in 1st person ^^' ), while another friend of mine told me that exists an OTK Deck based on cats... O_ò!?

By the way, these are the "cats": does someone have ideas?

A Cat of Ill Omen
Catnipped Kitty
Dark Cat with White Tail
Rescue Cat ( don't know why, but I feel like this one might help a lot o_O )
Cat's Ear Tribe
Neko Mane King

then uhm.. let's see... there are also tigers ( which are cats "grown up", let's say... )

Amazoness Tiger
King Tiger Wanghu

there are also mices and dogs ( even if they're not cats, they're quite related XD )

ideas? ^^

The deck Relys on Rescue Kitty and the abuse of 3x last will (witch is limited to 1) and 3x Maji-Gire Panda. The deck is nice but it dosen't work.

maybe you could add the big march of animals, somethn like gravity bind, behemoth the king of all animals... not sure
