on ceasefire it says

Ceasefire
Normal Trap
Flip all face-down Defense Position monsters on the field face-up. Flip Effects are not activated at this time. Inflict 500 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points for each Effect Monster on the field.

If I have tsukuyomi set, and then ceasefire is activated, is tsukuyomis effect negated? Ceasefire says Flip Effects. does tsukuyomis effect counts as Flip Effects?

Tsukuyomi and Nightmare Penguin both are NOT Flip: type effects and would still activate if flipped face-up by Ceasefire.

An effect monster that states "when this card is flipped face-up" will still trigger inspite of Ceasefire negating flip effects, because it can either be triggered by a manual flip, or an effect flip, such as Swords of Revealing Light.

Ceasefire affects:
FLIP: Monsters (the word "FLIP:" appears before the effect text), eg, Penguin Soldier

Ceasefire does not affect:
Flipped face up (usually appears in the text of the effect)
