CED - Envoy of the End vs. Granadora

I have Granadora targeted by Call of the Haunted. My opponent activates CED's effect.

I know that when Call of the Haunted is sent from the field to the GY, the targeted monster is destroyed.

Does CED sends all card to the GY at the same time and that CotH cannot destroy Granadora anymore, or does it sends CotH to the GY then it destroys Granadora before sending it to the GY?

I think it sends all card to the GY at the same time and Granadora will not be considered destroyed because CED's effect must resolve first before CotH, but after that Granadora will not be on the field anymore. Thus, I don't get extra 2000 damage on my life points. Is this true?

CED efct sends all cards on the field to grave at same time

so granadora will not deal 2000 damage to owner
