Change of Heart!!!! Simple???

Hee you all,

Here a Question from Holland..

It's the biggest Question of all time i think..

There are dudes here that say: That if you Change of Heart a Monster( it doesnt matter wich one) and you book of moon that Monster it stays on your side of the field of the Dude that activates the Change of Heart card.

With a monster called: Mataza zapper i understand( mataza you first Book of moon and then change and flip it back up,,, ok),but thats not in the question...They say all Monsters and starting with change of heart and then book em on their own side of the field..

My question is of course: Or they mistaken or ar they right???

It can be a simple explanision i think,,But yeah let me ask a Netrep..So Netrep dudes do your thing because i take only explanision from them and not from dudes that are making rules to there own satisfaction..

They are mistaken:
since Change of Heart can take control of Face-Down monsters, how would a card being turned face-down separate it from Change of Heart's Effect.

Flipping a monster face-down separates monsters from Snatch Steal's effect because snatch steal can only affect face-up monsters on the field.

They are wrong! Flipping the monster face-down via book of moon will not prevent the monster from returning to its owners field.
Here from the older Netrep-File Version 6.0:
"Book of Moon" vs. "Change of Heart" - If a monster that changes control via "Change of Heart" is turned face-down by "Book of Moon", the monster will return to the original controller's field when the turn ends as normal per "Change of Heart".

You gain control of the targeted monster in the same Battle Position that it was in on your opponent's side of the field. If it is face-down you may Flip Summon it and any Flip Effect is activated. During your End Phase it is returned to your opponent's side of the field in the same Battle Position as you last had it in. So if you attacked with the monster and it remained in Attack Position, it will return to your opponent in Attack Position.
