Chimeratech + face-down qn

I have 2 questions about chimeratech but they originate from just one source. The text.

Power Bond: If I use Power Bond to get chimeratech out, do I lose life = to the amount of machines? The effect only kicks in when it is successfully sp summoned. This is where I got confuse because power bond says original attack; it can mean 0 ad *800 to each monster. The increment I believe would also be the same as this part of the question.

Bottomless Trap Hole: Do I considered to summon a 1600 monster if I tribute 2 machines? Again, the effect kicks in after the summon, but I think you should be able to trap it because the effect is continuous and you have sp summoned it successfully.

Cyber Phoenix: Do Cyber Phoenix protect cards that are face-down? I seriously seriously doubt so. Even if you use Nobleman of Crossout, I do not think Cyber Phoenix protects it.

1. Chimeratech's original ATK is equal to the # of machines used to summon it. After determining the ATK, then apply the effect of Power Bond. You will lose lifepoints equal to the original ATK before Power Bond's increase.

2. You can BTH Chimeratech after it is summoned.
3. Cyber Phoenix does not protect face-down machine monsters because while it is face down, it is considered "unknown".
