Combo Ruling: Convulsion of Nature + Recycle

Here are the card texts:
Recycle
During your Standby Phase, pay 300 Life Points to select 1 non-Monster Card in your Graveyard and return it to the bottom of your Deck.

Convulsion of Nature
As long as this card remains face-up on the field, both players must turn their respective Decks upside down and continue the current Duel.

Here is my question... You first activate Convulsion of Nature, switching both decks upside down. You now activate Recycle. Here is where the question comes in at: If I do recycle cards to the bottom of the deck, since the bottom of the deck is actually at the top of my deck, would it be safe to assume that the cards that I recycle actually get recycled (now) to the top of my deck, since the top of my deck is actually the bottom of the deck??
Any help as to rulings on this combo would be greatly appreciated.

the effect Convulsion of Nature just turns both players decks "upside down" i dont think it effects what part of deck that determines the top and bottom of the deck. Recycle will continue as normal and still place a card at the bottom of the deck, by picking up the whole deck and placing the card under the remaining cards in the same direction as the deck faces.

If Convulsion of Nature is active on the field, the "bottom" of the deck is still the last card in the pile.

bottom is always bottom.

top is always top.

doesnt matter if the decks flipped.

top will be top and bottom will be bottom.

now if you want to combo it, then so be it.

you can convulsion then recycle then emergency to gain 2000 and the card you just placed at the bottom.

and since the decks will flip over again to were you cant see what card is next all you will do when it hits back to you is get back the card you put there the turn before.

its a quick way of top decking something you really want instead of top decking the mystery card.
