Conditions for special summoning Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of Beginning

1) Yes, provided that we was properly summoned before he hit the Graveyard (by removing 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK monster from play)
2) There are no other special conditions to bring him back in this fashion. You don't have to remove more monsters from play.

If you special summoned him by removing one light and dark from your grave and then he goes to the grave you can use Premature Burial to special summon him.Otherwise no you cant unless he was properly special summoned.
NOTE:If you special summon him then he goes to the grave and you use The Warrior Returning Alive to bring him to your hand and it goes to the grave You cannot special summon him since his special summoning condition was resetted when he came back to your hand ^_^.

For say you summoned him by removing one light and one dark from your grave and your opponent plays Torrential Tribute or some card like that, was it still properly summoned, meaning can you premature it? Or does Torrential cancel the proper summon of it meaning that it cant be reborn. Just wondering. Dispute with some friends. thanks.

Yes, he was summoned before Torrential Tribute destroyed him, so it's not a problem there and he can be Special Summoned from the Graveyard.
and um ... let's consider changing that signature image there to something a little, well, less. (Yeah, it's not that bad, but this is really an all-ages kinda board here)

It is still considered successfully summoned, however, if he is Horn of Heaven'd, the summon was negated, and he cannot be recurred.
