conscription questions

i got 2 questions about conscription

if i use conscription and pick-up blue-eyes white dragon can i play it or will it go the opponent's head?

if i use conscription and pick-up yata-garasu what will happen to the card

"Blue-Eyes White Dragon" can be Normal Summoned, so it will be Special Summoned to your side of the field. "Yata-Garasu" can be Normal Summoned, but it cannot be Special Summoned, so the card will be added to your opponent's hand.
