What happens if My opponet has two monsters and i have one. So then i activate Snatch Steal and take their face up monster then i play Creature Swap and give them their monster back and i get their face down one.
So if your still with me What Happens to the monster on their side of the field
with my Snatch Steal does it then come back.

It doesn't come back. Your opponent retains control of it AND would still get the 1000 life points each turn because of "Snatch Steal"'s effect

Creature Swap is permanent for as long as those paticular monsters are face-up on the field.
