hello, I have a D.D. warrior lady on my side of the field and my opp summons mystic tomato. He plays creature swap, can I chain with scapegoat and give him a goat or is it to late to do it? Thanks

Scapegot will resolve before Swap, and Swap doesn't pick monsters until resolution.
