It sounds funny. But it was a burn deck that TURNS INTO a Cyber OTK deck. Or he can mix both burn AND OTK deck combined. A rather silly deck but the surprise of no one expecting this kinda deck have put him in the final 8.

Definately you should stall with OTK decks, so he kept the "Stall" part of his cards in his burn deck and added the Cyber-Stein needed cards in. And he also added 3x Nimbles to heal his HP. (He needs alot of LP cause Stein cost 5000LP.)
