•When this card is selected as an attack target by an opponent's monster you can remove this card from play to draw 1 cad and end the Battle Phase. •You can remove from play this card and 1 face-up monster you control and draw 2 cards. •You can remove from play this card and 1 card from your hand, and place 1 card from your Graveyard on top of your Deck.

And then there is the whole battle thing...

And soul exchange is a normal spell, so I don't think those effects will even work together.

And the second effect reads: Tribute a monster YOU control.

Soooo...

It's a no

:p

And the second effect reads: Tribute a monster YOU control.
There's no problem with that. Cyber Vary just says "you control" because only the "Tribute 1 monster you control" phrase has been shortened to "Tribute 1 monster" (i.e. it always assumes the monster you Tribute needs to be one you control, unless specifically stated otherwise). The "remove from play 1 monster you control" phrase has NOT been shortened in the same way, so these effects still say "you control".

The reason Soul Exchange doesn't work with Cyber Vary is that nowhere does Cyber Vary say it Tributes anything. Soul Exchange only works with Tributes. Completely incompatible.

As an extra, remember that Soul Exchange does NOT work with cards like Exiled Force (cards that make you Tribute "this monster"), because those cards require you to Tribute a specific monster, not just "a" monster.
