Here's the situation in question:
Player A has D.D. Survivor, Macro Cosmos, and Royal Oppression all face up to the field. He then tributes D.D. Survivor to summon for example, Zaborg the Thunder Monarch. Zaborg blows up Player B's only monster and Player A attacks then ends his turn.
D.D. Survivor's effect activates and he is special summoned from the RFG zone. Player B opts to use Royal Oppression, to negate the summoning. Does D.D. Survivor's effect activate again since it is still the end phase of the turn and he is still out of play? Or will he remain out of play? Or will it fall under the Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys ruling, where her effect is negated in the graveyard and thus isn't destroyed on the field so she will not return again next turn?
