If summoned Dark Dust Sprit and that one makes Book of Moon
above, does Dark Dust Spirit return in the hand at the end of the turn?

No. No face down spirit monster returns to it's owners hand. The reason for this is simple, when a face down card is sent back to the owners hand that card is not revealed to the person who's hand it did not return. Therefore, if someone were to set a spirit monster from their hand and then return it at the end phase their opponent would have no proof of the monster being a spirit monster.

If Book of Moon is chained to Dark Dust Spirit to turn Dark Dust Spirit face-down, Dark Dust Spirit will destroy itself along with all the other monsters.

Umm...'Dark Dust Spirit' ONLY destroys face-up monsters, not face-down.

Yep... it does... but I was going by the text on the unprinted version which will be released in ... um ... yeah... ok, so I didn't read the card and misremembered the effect. My apologies.
