Dark Factory of Mass Production

Hello all,

I am looking for a confirmation on this ruling.

Dark Factory of Mass Production, played and there is only 1 normal monster in the graveyard. Can DFoMP be played? Can it target and return the 1 monster in the graveyard?

You must select 2 Normal Monster Cards in your Graveyard when you activate "Dark Factory of Mass Production". If there is only 1 Normal Monster Card in your Graveyard, you cannot activate DFoMP.
