It seems that I can't consistently win with this deck. I sometimes get all the cards I need, or get none at all. I want to add some draw engines, but don't know what to switch out. HELP!!!
 
well for one thing u have more than 40 cards so that kinda hampers the speed...

lose the chaos command/airknight...also..as fun as the petens are, try putting 2 gk spies in their place along with a D.D. Warrior Lady also..try adding 2 Chaos Sorcerer..they will come in handy when u dont have enough to tribute for DM or DMOC..to even out ur monster count lose one old vindictive magician..

as for ur spells and traps..u can only have 1 magic cylinder in ur deck or side deck so take either one of them out...lose the rush recklessly add in another nobleman of crossout...lose the magicians circle in the main deck coz u cant really use it to its full potential without dmg or magical marionette in the main deck..in the place of the magicians circle add either a dust tornado or a ceasefire..and if u can try to get a mirror force...

other than..looks ok to me...
 
Thanks for the suggestion. The other MC in the side deck should be metamorphosis. That was an error in pasting. My bad, though.
 
Ok, this is what i think should be done...
-1 Old vindictive
+1 Gemini Elf or Kycoo
SD Magician's Circle and swap with Ceasefire
-1 Rush Recklessly and find a Smashing Ground to replace it.

That is all I think is what can help this deck, the rest is pretty much covered on your own account
