I like it a lot. Very cool idea, swarming with Dark Ruler through Bazoo. Though I don't think Macro Cosmos will work here; it will make Bazoo a dead draw/1600 beatstick more often than not.

+ Scapegoat
+ Metamorphosis ----> Meta those Cyber Dragons into Dark Balter after a hit.

+ 1 Smashing Ground (more monster removal is always good).
 
I like DarkMagicUser's suggestions to what was already a pretty solid build. And while we're at it, I think you can afford to drop a Sakuretsu Armor for an Enemy Controller. And by the way, where's Jinzo? Treeborh Frog can also help here if you decide to drop the Macro Cosmos route.
