I've never played these or against them and something came up today that I had no idea about... I played Card Destruction and they had Sillva in their hand. They said that he doesn't get special summon since only the 2nd part of his effect kicked in... like his two effects are EITHER/OR but I always thought they both kicked in if discarded by my effect like an IF/AND. Which is it?
