That decree looks like it can end up hurting you more than it ll help, depending on your draw of course. I'd feel antsy playing it early to stop a BTH/Sak Armror if that was the only or one of the few traps I drew. Nix Pot of Avarice, just not worth it and too situational. 5 tribs is quite a handful, even if 3 of them are SS-able. Drop one, i suggest sorceror, but its really upto you. If you drop decree, avarice, sorceror, and guard, umm what is it doing in there? I would suggest 2 apprentices

I feel you're running too many traps for decree,I'd replace them with Double Snare[this card rocks in the side] or Wave-Motion Cannon.
