Send 1 card you control to the Graveyard. Your opponent sends 1 card they control to the Graveyard. This Ability can only be used once per turn during your Main Phase.

Send 1 card you control to the Graveyard. Select and activate 1 of the following effects:
  • Inflict 750 damage to your opponent.
  • Destroy 1 card your opponent controls.
This Ability can only be used once per turn during your Main Phase.

All Zombie-Type monsters on the field gain 300 ATK and DEF.



Catapult Turtle
(Ignition) Catapult Platform
Tribute 1 monster. Select and activate 1 of the following effects:
  • Inflict damage to your opponent equal to half of the original ATK of the Tributed monster.
  • Destroy 1 monster your opponent controls.
This Ability can only be used once per turn during your Main Phase.



Celestia, Lightsworn Angel
(Continuous) Shining Gift of the Lightsworn
When you send cards to the Graveyard by the effect of "Judgment Dragon", "Glorious Illusion" or a "Lightsworn" monster you control, you can add those cards to your hand instead, and then send the same number of cards from your hand to the Graveyard.



Celtic Guardian
(Continuous) Obnoxious Restriction
Monsters whose ATK is greater than or equal to 2400 cannot attack.



Chaos Command Magician
(Trigger) Chaos Haze
Activate when the effect of an Effect Monster Card is activated that targets 1 or more cards. Negate the activation and effect of that Effect Monster Card.



Chaos Emperor Dragon – Envoy of the End
(Ignition) Envoy of the End
Pay 1500 Life Points. Remove from play all cards on the field and inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each of those cards. Then end your turn. This Ability can only be used at the start of your Main Phase 1.



Chaos Sorcerer
(Continuous) Chaos Restrict
Your opponent cannot remove from play cards in either Graveyard.



Chaosrider Gustaph
(Ignition) Power Rider
Remove from play up to 2 cards in your Graveyard, and select 1 monster on the field. The selected monster gains 200 ATK for each of those cards, until the end of your opponent's next turn. This Ability can only be used once per turn during your Main Phase.



Chimeratech Overdragon
(Ignition) Chimeratech Powering
Remove from play 1 Machine-Type monster you control. Put 1 Tech Counter on your Deck Master. That Machine-Type monster remains removed from play for the rest of this Duel.
(Trigger) Mechanought Overburst
Remove 1 Tech Counter from your Deck Master. Select and activate 1 of the following effects:
  • Select 1 Machine-Type monster on the field. The selected monster gains 500 ATK until the end of this turn.
  • Select 1 Machine-Type monster you control. The selected monster loses 700 ATK until the end of this turn, and it can attack up to twice during the same Battle Phase this turn.
  • Negate the activation and effect of a Trap Card and add it to its owner's hand.
  • Inflict 600 damage to your opponent.

(Continuous) Super Assault – Dragon Charge
Level 5 or higher Dragon-Type monsters you control can attack twice during the same Battle Phase.



Claw Reacher
(Ignition) The Cardcaptor
Discard 2 cards. See 1 random card in your opponent's hand. If it is a Monster Card, add it to your hand; otherwise, it is removed from play. This Ability can only be used once per turn during your Main Phase.



Cloudian – Eye of the Typhoon
(Trigger) Gale Force
Activate when a “Cloudian” monster you control attacks a face-up monster. Remove 3 Fog Counters from the field. Change the battle position of the attack target.
(Continuous) Thicker Fog
Each Fog Counter that is placed on a card becomes 2 Fog Counters instead.



Cocoon of Evolution
(Continuous) Potential of Moths
Each "Petit Moth" you control has an original ATK of 0, an original DEF of 2000, and cannot be destroyed by battle. (Damage calculation is applied normally.) Each "Petit Moth" you control is considered to be equipped with "Cocoon of Evolution" only for the purposes of Special Summoning "Larvae Moth", "Great Moth" or "Perfectly Ultimate Great Moth".

(Continuous) The Command Lifting Spirits
All Warrior-Type monsters you control gain 300 ATK and DEF.



Cosmic Horror Gangi'el
(Ignition) Alien Brainwashing Ray
Select 1 monster your opponent controls with at least 1 A-Counter on it. Take control of the selected monster, until there are 0 A-Counters on it. The selected monster loses 300 ATK and DEF for each A-Counter on it, during damage calculation only. 1 A-Counter is removed from that monster during each of your End Phases. This Ability can only be used once per turn during your Main Phase while you control an "Alien" monster.



Cosmo Queen
(Ignition) Galaxy Power
Pay 1000 Life Points and select 1 Spellcaster-Type monster you control. During this turn, only the selected monster can attack, and it can attack all monsters your opponent controls once each. This Ability can only be used once per turn during your Main Phase.



Criosphinx
(Trigger) Crio-Stasis
Activate when a monster your opponent controls is returned to its owner's hand. Your opponent removes from play, face-down, 1 card in their hand. That card is added to your opponent's hand during your opponent's third Standby Phase after this Ability is used.



Crystal Seer
(Trigger) Crystalline Draw
Activate when a FLIP effect activates. That effect becomes:
  • "Draw 2 cards, then remove from play 1 WATER monster from your hand. If you don't have any WATER monsters in your hand to remove, send all cards in your hand to the Graveyard."



Cure Mermaid
(Ignition) Opposite Life Tilt
Gain 2000 Life Points. Then exchange your current Life Points with your opponent's current Life Points. This Ability can only be used once per turn during your Standby Phase.



Curse of Dragon
(Trigger) Breath of Burning Land
Activate when a Field Spell Card is activated. Negate the activation and effect of that Field Spell Card and destroy it.
(Ignition) Fiery Discharge
Inflict 500 damage to both players. This Ability can only be used once per turn during a Standby Phase.



Cyber-Stein
(Ignition) Cyber Fusion Beam
Pay 4000 Life Points. Special Summon 1 Fusion Monster from your Fusion Deck. That Fusion Monster cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon, and is destroyed during the End Phase of this turn. This Ability can only be used during your Main Phase.



Cyber Barrier Dragon
(Trigger) Anti-Destruction Barrier
Activate when the effect of an Effect Monster Card is activated that would destroy 1 or more Machine-Type monsters you control. Negate the activation and effect of that Effect Monster Card.



Cyber Blader
(Ignition) Dance of the Butterflies
Each player counts the number of cards they control. All cards on the field and in the players' hands are sent to the Graveyard, and then each player randomly adds a number of cards in their Graveyard to their hand, equal to the number they counted. This Ability can only be used once per turn during your Main Phase.

Activate when your opponent Special Summons a monster(s). Special Summon 1 Level 7 or higher Machine-Type monster from your hand.
(Continuous) Primetal Fury
All Machine-Type monsters you control gain 200 ATK.



Cyber Dragon
(Ignition) Cyber Summon
Special Summon 1 Level 5 or lower Machine-Type monster from your hand. This Ability can only be used during your Main Phase when your opponent controls 1 or more monsters, and you control 0 monsters.



Cyber End Dragon
(Continuous) Cyber Big End
While your Deck Master is on the field, this Ability is active. Machine-Type monsters you control cannot by destroyed by battle or by the effects of Spell or Trap Cards.
(Continuous) Cyber Dragon Overloader
During battle between a Dragon or Machine-Type monster you control and a Defence Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of the attacking monster, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent.



Cyber Esper
(Trigger) Esper-ionage
Activate at the start of your opponent's Draw Phase. Call a type of card (Monster/Spell/Trap). See the card your opponent draws for their normal draw. If it is the same type as the one you called, your opponent cannot use any cards with the same name as the drawn card during this turn; otherwise, discard 1 card.



Cyber Harpie Lady
(Compulsory Trigger) Mirror Shield
Activates when a monster your opponent controls attacks. The attacking monster loses a quarter of its ATK, until the end of the Damage Step.



Cyber Jar
(Trigger) Overruling of Jar
Activate when the effect of a "Jar" monster activates. The effect of that "Jar" monster becomes:
  • "Both players pick up 5 cards from the top of their respective Decks and Special Summon all Level 4 or lower Monster Cards among them in face-up Attack Position. The rest of the cards picked up are sent to the Graveyard."



Cyber Laser Dragon
(Trigger) Anti-Destruction Laser
Activate when your opponent activates a Spell or Trap Card that would destroy 1 or more Machine-Type monsters you control. Negate the activation and effect of that Spell or Trap Card and destroy it.



Cyber Ogre 2
(Continuous) Cybernaut Ident
All face-up Machine-Type "Cyber" monsters you control are treated as "Cyber Ogre" only for the purposes of Fusion Summoning "Cyber Ogre 2".
(Trigger) Cybernautic Reinforcement
Activate during the Damage Step of a battle involving a "Cyber" monster you control. Discard 1 Machine-Type monster. That "Cyber" monster you control gains 600 ATK, until the end of the Damage Step.



Cyber Phoenix
(Ignition) Cyber Rebirth
Remove from play 1 Machine-Type monster in your hand. Special Summon 1 Machine-Type monster from your Graveyard.



Cyber Twin Dragon
(Trigger) Cyber Burn
Activate when a Machine-Type monster you control inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent. Select up to 2 cards in your opponent's Graveyard. Remove from play the selected cards.
(Ignition) Cyber Double Blast
Discard 1 Machine-Type monster. Inflict 800 damage to your opponent. This Ability can only be used once per turn during your Main Phase.



Cyberdark Dragon
(Continuous) Cyber-Mythical Union
All Dragon-Type monsters you control gain 100 ATK for each Machine-Type monster in your Graveyard.
(Ignition) The D. Soul Mech
Discard 1 Dragon-Type monster and select 1 face-up Machine-Type monster you control. The selected monster gains ATK equal to the ATK of the discarded monster, until the end of this turn. This Ability can only be used once per turn during your Main Phase.



Cybernetic Magician
(Continuous) Metal-Magic Coalition
While you control at least 1 Spellcaster-Type monster and 1 Machine-Type monster, this Ability is active. All Spellcaster-Type monsters you control gain 400 ATK and DEF. All Machine-Type monsters you control are not affected by the effects of Spell Cards.
