Activate when a Level 4 or lower Warrior-Type monster is destroyed by battle. Special Summon 1 Level 4 monster from your hand. Your opponent can also Special Summon 1 Level 4 monster from their hand.



Felgrand Dragon
(Continuous) Dragon Phoenix Soul
All Level 5 or higher Dragon-Type monsters you control gain 100 ATK and DEF x the number of monsters in your Graveyard. If there are 5 or more monsters in your Graveyard, all Level 5 or higher Dragon-Type monsters you control gain 500 ATK and DEF instead.
(Continuous) Felgrand Unlock
"Felgrand Dragon" can be Special Summoned without restrictions.

While there is no face-up Field Spell Card on the field, this Ability is active. You are considered to control "Yami". All Fiend and Spellcaster-Type monsters on the field gain 200 ATK and DEF. All Fairy-Type monsters on the field lose 200 ATK and DEF.

Pay 1500 Life Points. All cards on the field, in the Graveyards and in the players' hands are added to their owner's Deck. Then both Decks are shuffled, and each player draws 5 cards. This Ability can only be used during your Main Phase.

Activate when a Spell or Trap Card is activated that targets 1 card. Pay 500 Life Points. Change the target of that Spell or Trap Card to another correct target.



Fiend Skull Dragon
(Compulsory Trigger) Refusal of Hidden Powers
Activates when a Flip Effect is activated. Negate the effect of that Flip Effect.



Fiendish Engine Ω
(Ignition) Attack Mode Omega
Select 1 Machine-Type monster you control. The selected monster gains 400 ATK, and when it destroys a monster by battle (but isn’t destroyed itself), the destroyed monster is removed from play. The selected monster is removed from play, face-down, during the End Phase. This Ability can only be used once per turn during your Main Phase.

Activates when you gain Life Points. Inflict 500 damage to your opponent.

All Winged-Beast-Type monsters you control are FIRE.

Activates at the start of each Standby Phase. Inflict 150 damage to your opponent.

All Dragon-Type monsters you control gain 200 ATK and DEF for each Dragon-Type monster you control. Dragon-Type monsters you control cannot be destroyed by any card effects.

(Ignition) Power Flame Up
Select 1 Warrior-Type monster on the field. Lower the ATK of your Deck Master by any multiple of 100, and the selected monster gains ATK equal to that amount. This Ability can only be used during a Main Phase.



Flash Assailant
(Continuous) Impatient Eagerness
All monsters you control gain 600 ATK. Monsters you control cannot attack during the turn they are Summoned.



Flying Saucer Muusik'i
(Ignition) Alien Invasion
Skip your normal draw during your Draw Phase. Add 1 "Alien" monster or "Cosmic Horror Gangi'el" from your Deck to your hand. Shuffle your Deck afterwards. This Ability can only be used once per turn at the start of your Draw Phase.



Fog King
(Ignition) Prevent Sacrifice
Tribute 3 monsters (except Monster Tokens). For the rest of the Duel, your opponent cannot Tribute any monsters. This Ability can only be used once per Duel during your Main Phase.



Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo
(Continuous) Restricted Access – Prehistoric Version
Neither player can Special Summon any monsters, except for Rock and Dinosaur-Type monsters.



Freed the Brave Wanderer
(Ignition) Brave Man of Wipe-Out
Remove from play 2 Monster Cards in your Graveyard, and select 1 monster on the field whose ATK is greater than 1700. Destroy the selected monster. This Ability can only be used during your Main Phase.



Freed the Matchless General
(Trigger) War-Cry of Protection
Activate when a Spell or Trap Card is activated that targets 1 or more Warrior-Type monsters you control. Negate the activation and effect of that Spell or Trap Card and destroy it.



Frost and Flame Dragon
(Trigger) Icicle and Napalm Burst
Activate only as Chain Link 2 or higher. Remove from play 1 FIRE and 1 WATER monster in your Graveyard, and select up to 2 monsters on the field. Add the selected card(s) to their owner's Deck and shuffle it, and inflict 800 damage to your opponent. This Ability cannot be chained to.



Fushioh Richie
(Ignition) Will O' the Wisp
Special Summon 1 Zombie-Type monster from your hand. This Ability can only be used once per turn during your Main Phase while you control 0 monsters.



Fusilier Dragon, the Dual-Mode Beast
(Continuous) Attack Mode Zeta
You can Normal Summon Level 5 or higher Machine-Type monsters from your hand without Tributing monsters. If you do, the original ATK and DEF of those Machine-Type monsters are halved, as long as they remain face-up on the field.



Fusionist
(Ignition) Fusion Ha!
Send Fusion Material Monsters you control that are listed by a Fusion Monster Card to the Graveyard, and Fusion Summon that Fusion Monster from your Fusion Deck. All Fusion Material Monsters must be the correct ones. This Ability can only be used during your Main Phase.
