I was thinking about
-2 Dust Tornado for 1 Mystical Space Typhoon and 1 Heavy Storm against Royal Decree. Because when he/she gots Royal Decree I only got Book of Taiyou to flip my monsters. And Desert Sunlight is good anti - Nobleman of Crossout.

how do you plan on decking people in a format with x2 MOF and x1 pot of averice?

i think you should go for the Mystical Space Typhoon and Heavy Storm instead of 2 x Dust Tornado and there is only one card i can suggest which hasn't been brought up and that is Bait Doll and maybe a Pot of Avarice

how about taking out the Dust Tornados all together and side decking them? It's a deckout deck, what possible spell/trap card is your opponent gonna run MAIN DECK that you woulda actually care about?

cuz lv2 still gets his effect with Waboku and i'm pretty sure u don't want that, also maybe take out the Penguin Soldiers and put in 2 Spear Cretins to build up there field for the Morphing Jar #2
