I would say throw in 3x Zombie Master. And I would try to add in Crystal Seer. Take out Mask of Darkness. (Night Ass can work cause of 3x Zombie Master and Snipe Hunter) And man, you actually HAVE Crush Card Virus?!

And instead of 2x Spell Shield Type - 8, how about 1x Ceasefire and 1x Spell Shield. Yeah you won't get the flip monster effect of your own, but Ceasefire can win games and more flexable.
 
Hmm thanks for all the sugestions. Yes I have ALL the cards in the deck. That includes Il Bluds and the Crush Card Virus :D

Ceasefire seams like a possibilty.
I'm going to see how the original build works, then make modifications like Ceasefire and Zombie Master(s).

Hmm I agree about Ceasefire, but I would not take out the Spell Shield for it.... Maybe Torrential Tribute... or just add it in... Torrential can hurt YOU sometimes, however with the V lords, it should not hurt you too badly....

Maybe just add it in...

If I remember correctly, Vampire will have a docked trip back to the field if the owner activates "Torrential Tribute" =P. Nobleman and raw beatdown is more than enough IMO anyway. I don't think it's ever a good idea to depend heavily on situational Trap Cards this format.
 
Im thinking that Vampire Lord is really needed in my build. Its 2000atk is too weak and will get trampled over Cyber Dragon(s) and such. Also not too sure if Zombie Master will benefit the build that much.

+1 Ceasefire

Im debating wether or not to put in the 3rd Il Blud or (1) Lich Lord, as Lich Lord is a 2400 beater and combos with DDV.

Thoughts?
 
I've always run a Ceasefire in my Zombie deck, it almost always pays off.

I agree that the Vampire Lords need to be pulled. I haven't tried Lich Lord, just aquired my first copy at GenCon so I can't speak intelligently about how it perfoms. I'll let you know once I try it out.

I've been using 1 copy of The Transmigration Prophecy and loving it in my Zombie deck, gets those Book of Lifes back in the deck to use again and chains to your opponent's CoTH, Pot of Avarice, Premature Burial, etc.

Giant Orc is a consideration for Devastation. If you want to go with an even more aggressive monster line-up.

You might consider a copy of Dark Dust Spirit in your side. It's going to be a monster friendly format and the additonal monster clearing capacity may come in very handy.

This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:


  • Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 Zombie-Type monster from your hand or from either player's Graveyard. When this card is removed from the field, destroy all Zombie-Type monsters Special Summoned by this effect.
So basically, if you don't know how Gemini Monsters work, you like get it out through Book of Life or Pyramid Turtle (Coth or PB as well) then Normal Summon it (it will count as the Normal Summon for the turn) and it gets it effect and can then special summon ne zombie in ur graveyard. So its pretty good.
